Parva Soltani is a business executive with more than 30 years of experience in international trade, mining, renewable energy, and business development. Born in 1972, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, France.
She began her professional career in the 1990s and is the Co-Founder of the Persol Group. Since 2005, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of Persol Holding, leading its transformation from a company focused on petrochemical trading into a diversified holding group with operations spanning mining, mineral industries, agriculture, paper, and energy.
In addition to her role at Persol Holding, she serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Persur Company and Ordibehesht Petrochemical Company.
Alongside her executive responsibilities, Parva Soltani has played an active role in professional and industry associations. She is a Founding Board Member and Vice Chair of the Iranian Iron Ore Producers Association, a Founding Board Member and Vice Chair of the Iranian Association of Paper, Paperboard and Cellulosic Products Importers, and a Founding Member of the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Iran.
Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for private sector development, women's empowerment, and the expansion of international business cooperation. She has also maintained a longstanding commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development initiatives.
In recognition of her professional achievements, she was honored as Iran's Outstanding Female CEO by the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) in 2018.
